The journalist Rafael Perez has made a lengthy report in the September issue of the magazine Condé Nast Traveler, where he talks about the wide range of wine tourism in the province of Tarragona, Catalonia

Titled "Two thousand years of wine", the photojournalist Rafa Pérez describes with fantastic images and expressive words the story of the wine regions of the province of Tarragona, converted today in real engines of wine tourism in Catalonia.

One of the proposals highlighted in the article of the Conde Nast Traveller magazine is the Hotel Hostal Sport as an enhancer of the Priorat wine tourism, "one of the regions that is moving more and better in the world of enology for years now", he explains.

Perez talks about the origins of the Hotel Sport as inn in 1923 and its evolution up to the present, emphasizing that it is a restaurant with rooms.

Also stresses that its manager, Marta Domènech, "vehemently explains the story" in addition to comment that "her face lights up when she speaks about the territory, the stews in the local gastronomy and the tipical fork breakfast".

The journalist concludes the section where he talks of the Hotel-Hostal Sport saying that "this is Priorat: passion and rapture, but the landscape also helps  to fall in love with it".
