Successful Wine Tasting of DO Montsant and DOQ Priorat in Hotel-Hostal Sport

The historical "Les Voltes" Hall of the Hotel-Hostal Sport was full of wine lovers to participate in a very special wine tasting given by the enologist and Silver Nose 2013, Jordi Martínez
On Saturday 7th of December, at the Hotel-Hostal Sport we organized a wine tasting with wines from DOQ Priorat and DO Monstant, winners of Vinari Awards '13, a contest that recognizes the quality of Catalan wines, with tastings blind.
The list of the winners of the Vinari Awards are available on the web Vadevi.cat, the digital newspaper which promotes the initiative.
The activity is part of the wine tourism proposals that periodically we organize at Hotel Hostal Sport of Falset, in the Priorat region, to promote the wine culture.
The tasting was given by the winemaker and Silver Nose 2013, Jordi Martinez, and included the participation of producers of award-winning wines and the director of the Vinari Awards, Joan Nebot.
Over 40 people attended the event, held at Les Voltes Hall of the eighteenth century, exceeding the initially expected gauging.
