The traditional Easter dishes

For Easter our restaurant for over 30 years, still doing the traditional dishes.
For Easter our restaurant for over 30 years, still doing the traditional dishes: Cod Easter (with boiled eggs and artichoke) and macaroni gratin with cod and garlic and oil.
On Easter Monday we tradicionaly do the Mona for our clients. They can enjoy in the dessert. Always accompanied by a distillation of wine from our region.
