Traditional Paella paired with white wine of DO Montsant and DOQ Priorat
In addition to stews, in the kitchen of the restaurant of Hotel-Hostal Sport we have endeavored to make of our paellas an authentic pleasures for the palates of our customers.
Our repertoire of paellas is as follows:
- Rabbit Paella of great-grandfather Jaume
So called because he liked it very much and he decided to put this name. It is made with rabbit, a frequent animal in our zone. It is typically cooked in a casserole with a sauce.
- Paella with cuttlefish and artichokes
It is one of our main dishes, as it is in the Top 10 of the restaurant. The combination of the two products is guaranteed success.
- Paella with lobster
Ideal for a celebration.
