This summer, in the restaurant of Hotel-Hostal Sport we offer to live the Priorat unhurried, savoring cuisine cooked very slowly, like the grandmother's recipes

In addition to stews, in the kitchen of the restaurant of Hotel-Hostal Sport we have endeavored to make of our paellas an authentic pleasures for the palates of our customers.

We offer three specialties, cooked tradicionally, that we want to share with friends and clients. We recommend harmonize the different paellas with white wines of DOC Priorat and DO Montsant.

Our repertoire of paellas is as follows:

So called because he liked it very much and he decided to put this name. It is made with rabbit, a frequent animal in our zone. It is typically cooked in a casserole with a sauce.

  • Paella with cuttlefish and artichokes

It is one of our main dishes, as it is in the Top 10 of the restaurant. The combination of the two products is guaranteed success.

The three paella dishes can be paired perfectly with wines from our cellar. We have 238 to choose from! but we made a choice of different white wines. Enjoy your meal!
