Have you tried Blanc d'Orto Flor? Come and taste in the Hotel-Hostal Sport

Today we present another of the wines we offer by the glass at the bar and restaurant of the Hotel, it's time for Blanc d'Orto Flor of DO Montsant
At Hotel-Hostal Sport we continue promoting the wide range of wines that offer by the glass in our establishment. 
 
This time we talk about the Blanc D'Orto Flor, of DO Montsant, made in the cellar of the Cooperative of Molar. 
 
  • Varieties: 100% Grenache. 
  • ​Average age of the vines: 40 to 60 years. 100% traditional viticulture. 
  • ​Vinification and Ageing: The grapes, once crushed, passes in stainless steel vats and there remains the wort macerated with the skins for 24 hours. After opening faucets, for the gravity, will come out much of the wort that we will call flower. This must ferment spontaneously in stainless steel vats at 18°C and always keep in vats with its lees for 7 months. Skidded 100%. Unclarified. Gentle filtration to remove suspended particles. 
  • ​Bottles: 5.357 
  • ​Curiosity: Orto is one particular moment in the sun, or any other star, when crosses the Horizon plan and becomes visible in our hemisphere. Therefore symbolizes the birth of a new day. Orto is also the Greek prefix meaning straight, correct and beautiful. 
 
Come to the Bar of the Hotel-Hostal Sport and tast with our wines small pieces of Priorat.

This summer... Come, try and win!

Participate in the new draw we launched on social media to promote the wines by the glass we offer in our establishment

At Hotel Hostal Sport we raffle among all clients that visit us this summer, take a glass of wine and take a photograph in front of the photocall we have in the hall of the hotel one night stay for 2 people and breakfast. 

The design of photocall, work of artist Marina Capdevila, reflected the cultural value of take a glass of wine in the Priorat. The draw will be done next September.

Instructions for participation:

  1. Come to the Hotel-Hostal Sport
  2. Take a glass of wine
  3. Take a photograph in front of the photocall
  4. Upload on the wall of Facebook  with the tag  #espaisdevi
  5. Or upload on Twitter with the hashtag #espaisdevi and linking to the account @hostalsport
 
Among all participants, before the start of scholar course, will decide the winner and he or she will have six months to come and stay a night for free at Hotel flagship and most historic in the Priorat.
 
If you want to participate, come and enjoy a good wine in our bar and spend a good time in Priorat. We have an extensive wine list with over 200 references to choose from.
